Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours during business hours. For urgent bookings call us directly on 07969 469504 or WhatsApp us on 07969 469504 for the fastest response.
Do you cover events outside Sussex?
Yes, including regular events in Kent such as Tunbridge Wells. If your event is outside our standard area, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
Do you offer dry hire as well as fully managed events?
Yes, both. With dry hire you collect the equipment from Saltdean, set it up and return it afterwards. For managed events, one of our team stays throughout to handle setup, soundcheck and sound. Just let us know the type of event when you enquire.
How far in advance should I book?
For summer weekend events, we recommend booking four to six weeks ahead. Weekday or off-peak events can often be arranged at shorter notice, subject to availability.
Are you insured?
Yes. Good Frequency carries full public liability insurance to £5 million, and we’re happy to share the details with you or your venue on request.
